The intuitive dashboard on HamiltonOne provides oversight over your instrument’s status in the lab. Whether you are in the same room but busy otherwise, in the office next to the lab or on your lunch break. You always have the status of your systems at a glance.  

Smart Maintenance 

When things go wrong, they always seem to happen at the worst moments. HamiltonOne Smart Maintenance can predict certain failures, well before they happen. You will be notified by our capable technicians, and a repair appointment is made. So parts can be fixed when it is convenient and not when the most important samples are on the workspace.* 

Document Management 

Like all laboratory equipment, Hamilton instruments come with documentation. Manuals, Declarations of Quality, Release Notes, Service Reports, etc. HamiltonOne consolidates the various locations where these documents are stored today, into one location. Whether for reference, audits, or troubleshooting, you will always find the right document in the right place.

Cyberattacks, data breaches, and unauthorized access are a reality. To keep HamiltonOne secure for your data, users, and results, we undergo regular audits and penetration tests by independent experts. Any findings are promptly resolved and deployed. The full penetration test report is shared with our customer base.
